Americans are Patsies

Definition

The following is a term that best describes what the average American Citizen has become.

pat·sy (păt'sē) - n. Slang., pl. -sies. - A person easily taken advantage of, cheated, blamed, or ridiculed: soft touch, sucker, fall guy, in other words a big fool.

The biggest Patsies of all are citizens who saved money, lived within their means, paid their mortgages and bills. They now have houses that are declining in value and receive no interest on savings.

Patsies accept everything from “inflation is under control” from officials, to politicians spending billions of the taxpayer’s dollars to buy the votes of those in the country illegally. Money that should be spent on services to citizens who are jobless, and lose their homes and everything they own due to floods, fires, and tornadoes. Patsies sit by while elected official give tuition breaks to the children of non-citizens, while citizens and their children struggle with massive debts to pay college tuition.

Patsies can’t afford to fill their gas tanks while the U. S. is sitting on large oil reserves, and accept the U. S. President giving billions to Brazil to drill for oil. Obama Finally Says ‘Drill Baby Drill’ (No, Not You America). Patsies don’t question why our President would want the following. Obama “My plan to is make energy costs skyrocket”.

Patsies never examine who will financially benefit from investments in “alternative energy”. Did the White House use “green loans” to favor fundraisers?  Government is not required to tell patsies how they will be able to afford to drive $40,000 dollar electric cars, or how in below zero temperatures they will use solar power (fully developed technology that doesn’t presently exist) to heat their homes. Think about it. How do you store solar power, and who will make the batteries need to do so? Surely not the American worker.

A Helpless Dependent Population

Patsies didn’t resist when the production of light bulbs was shipped off to China.

Patsies don’t protest or see the obvious danger when government and corporations force the
country to rely on other countries for vital necessities.

We've Become a Nation of Takers, Not Makers
More Americans work for the government than in manufacturing, farming, fishing, forestry, mining and utilities combined.

Patsies accept that Americans, who through hard work and ambition made the nation great, are now too helpless to be a successful, productive people without the guiding hand of a nanny government. Obama:We Would Not Be a Great Country Without Government Entitlements.

Give Billions Around the World, Protect and Defend Other Countries


Only Patsies would listen to a government that tells it citizens:
The U. S. need only give great deals of money and aid to buy friendship from the rest of the world. Only a patsy nation, would time after time find out that foreign aid has gone into the pockets of corrupt government officials, and to arm our enemies with weapons to use against America. Americans are Clever Enough to participate in their own Demise

From the devaluation of the dollar, to controlling what you eat, drink, and smoke government officials know that no matter how ridiculous or harmful their policies are…most Americans are patsies and will continue to vote them into office. Patsies firmly believe one political party is “good” and the other “bad”. They further believe that one party benefits the “rich”, and the other oppresses the “poor”. 

Politicians are very thankful that Americans are Patsies.  

OPINION: Congress caused financial crisis.  Patsies also fail to notice how many are now abandoning the failing ship of state.
