Time for the Republicans to Self-Destruct

Republicans have yet to come up with a cohesive plan of what they would do to bring back the American Economy, and reduce the size of Government if returned to power. Nor should they forget, Americans are angry with both political parties.

Republicans Fail as Usual to be a Cohesive Group

On tough to pass legislation Democrats can usually rely on at least one or two Republicans that they can pick off to vote with them, and called it bipartisanship. The reward given to those who jump ship is never anything worthwhile, and only further weakens Republicans.

Every GOP lawmaker rejected the Democrats’ bill last month, but the party is now split on whether to call for a full repeal of the new law.

Does the GOP have enough balls to fight the Left or doesn’t it?  Shocking...GOP Already Starting To Go Wobbly On Repealing Health Care Reform Monstrosity. Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) says to forget about repealing health care reform.

Republicans and Conservatives Cannot Find Friends in the Liberal News Media

Republicans never consistently confront the news media when they are covered unfairly. They may fear they will receive no coverage at all, and mainstream media is far less critical of the current administration and their leadership.

Republicans never questioned the news media or pressed for proof of reported racial slurs to black congressional representatives after Health Care Reform passed. A reward was offered for proof this happened, but the media continued to report this as fact, without proof.

Republicans are Lousy at DefendingTheir Supporters

by Matt Kibbe
The Left is escalating their attacks against Republicans, conservatives and the Tea Party movement. The movement that the Left and the media have laughed off for over a year now as a radical fringe of racists, bigots, homophobes, and domestic terrorists has come to pose a serious threat to the entitlement establishment and to the agenda that the Democrats promised their base. Now, they’re lashing out. They’re fabricating stories which are later disavowed. There is talk of infiltrating upcoming events. Attacks on organizations and individuals have increased.

Republicans Never Miss an Opportunity to Shoot Themselves

VA Republican Declares April Confederate History Month

The RNC says Michael Steele is ordering "substantive changes" to the Republican Party's accounting procedures in the wake of news that it spent nearly $2,000 at a bondage club in Hollywood. But the damage control may be coming too late — not for Steele, whose job seems safe, but for the RNC itself.

RNC boss Michael Steele claims he is being held to a higher standard because he’s black. Some of the African-American Republicans he’s helped recruit to run for Congress disagree.

The Republican Party May Never Regain Political Power.

They are currently without anyone at the top of the party that Americans haven't already rejected as President.

The Battle Begins for 2012 GOP Contenders
John McCain insists he was never a maverick. Mitt Romney says he doesn’t like health-care reform.

Senator McCain is a Hero, But...

Senator McCain ran one of the worst presidential campaigns ever. Now he finds himself fighting to retain his seat in the Senate because of his willingness in the past to ignore conservatives in his own party. Many in the Tea Party don’t trust him and he needs all the support he can get. In the past he touted his willingness to “work across party lines”, and it will be interesting to see if he can retain his seat. Should he not win reelection it will be a sad way for him to end his political career.

Senator McCain never seems to catch on that the mainstream media, and talk show hosts are only interested in him when he goes against the Republican Party. He is viewed by the news media a nice person to talk to but they showed him little respect during the Presidential Campaign. Once he lost the Presidential Campaign, he was a great sport, once again is in the media’s good graces, and is viewed as harmless.

Mitt Romney Can’t get away from Health Care Problems in Massachusetts

He is unable to get good media coverage. Romney has worked hard to establish his conservative credentials after taking moderate positions on some issues as Massachusetts governor, some on the right continue to be skeptical of him. And the passage of a health care reform package that looks a lot like the health care bill Romney signed into law in Massachusetts has had the ex-governor straining to make the case that the Massachusetts model has legitimate differences with what conservatives derisively call "ObamaCare."
